Since our trading materials and systems are proprietary and confidential, once products are delivered electronically, we do not issue credits, partial credits or refunds.  

For our subscriptions services, they run month to month starting the market day you subscribe until you advise us to discontinue the service. The subscription will renew each month unless cancelled by email on or before 25 days from the subscription start (or renewal) date thereafter. We confirm all cancellations via email, so if you decide to cancel, you will receive a confirmation direct from us.  All subscription sales are non-refundable, cancel anytime, 1-month minimum.
